He was preceded in death by two infant sons, Timothy Jay and Anthony Curtis Pratt; his sister, Susan Broeme; an infant grandson, Benjamin Adam Gard; and his parents-in-law, Edwin and Elsie Clark.

Frank is survived by his long-time companion, Aleane Maring of Sherman, NY; her daughter, Danielle (Jeremy) Webster of Erie, PA; his children, Ryan Pratt of Jamestown, NY; Violet (David) Gard of Ripley, NY; and Christopher (Samantha) Pratt of Lima, Ohio; nephew Jeremy Broeme; grandchildren Elizabeth, Sarah, and David Gard; Roxanne Marie Paige Rose; Christopher Jr., Kaylee, Nathan, Nicolas, and Penelope Pratt; and Henry and Wren Webster.
