Simeon Mokhiber a decorated U.S. Army Ranger from Niagara Falls, NY was sentenced for three Class D Felonies under the NY Safe ACT. This case must be appealed in the best interest of the citizens of New York State. We are calling upon you for your help and assistance.

All unsold tickets become the property of S.C.O.P.E. Genesee County Inc. All local, state and federal laws apply. Firearms prizes to be picked up at: The Firing Pin, LLC, 8240 Buffalo Road, Bergen, NY 14416, 585-494-0333. Taxes are winner’s responsibility. All winners will be notified by phone, email and/or mail. All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification. S.C.O.P.E. Genesee Inc. reserves the rights to substitute prizes due to availability. Any substitutes will have a value equal to or greater than the original prize. Not responsible for typographical errors. Drawing of prizes will be held and monitored at the Genesee County SCOPE meeting.
